Hi Friends,
Here are some reflections on the Sacrifice on the CROSS by the Son of God JESUS CHRIST !
He, in the likeness of man, became sin so that I could become the righteousness of God through and in Him! The greatest exchange, ever! Then as a man, His body went to the grave and tomb, but His soul went to HADES for 3 days! He faced all this perfectly as a man like us and being sinless having faith– preaching, praying, and quoting the Word all the way through, that God raised Him, as a man, like us, and gave Him all authority in Heaven and on Earth, as The Son of Man! This is how God in Jesus reconciled mankind back to Himself and dealt with sin! We were dead in our sins and separated from God!
He loved us so much and this is how He proved it! Saved by grace through faith and not of works, lest any man could boast. “To as many as received Him, to them God gave the right to become sons of God.” He became the Son of Man, the second Adam, so we could become the sons of God. All, He did, is much, much more perfect and complete than all and any other methods or religions could ever try to be. He who has the Son has LIFE!
Praise to the glory of His Name: Yeshua, the Lamb of God, JESUS CHRIST the Son of God who is risen from the dead and He is Lord!
The Living Word, The Son.
The written Word, The Scriptures.
The indwelling Word, The Spirit.
These three witnesses God’s Truth, whereby we are saved, sanctified and one day will be glorified like Him!!
Saved–Spirit
Being saved–Soul
Will be saved–Body
He Who knew no sin became sin that we might become the righteousness of God through Christ– The Anointed One! The only begotten SON OF GOD!
Application:
1. Are you hence walking as a Son/ Daughter of God, belonging to the King, and building God’s Kingdom here on earth?
2. Are you walking in the victory of His Resurrection power daily by having the fullness of the Holy Spirit?
3. Are you fulfilling the Great Commission of our Lord JESUS who gave us the final words before He ascended to Heaven to “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations..”
Go and fulfill the great commission as spoken in the Word as written in Matthew and Mark’s Gospel. (Matt.28: 18-20, Mark 16:15-20)
He is surely coming back for a church that is glorious, holy bride spotless and ready to meet Him as mentioned in Eph 5:27
